Space·is·only Design Studio is an interior architecture and design studio founded by Konstantina Tsirogianni in Kavala, Northern Greece. We design private apartments, residences and hospitality spaces, delivering projects from initial concept through 3D visualization and construction documentation. With a holistic approach to architecture, interior design, and visual communication, we create unique, bespoke projects that balance functionality with aesthetics. Our work also includes graphic design, photobook design, and photography, extending our vision into print and visual storytelling. We believe that spaces, physical or visual, should evoke their own universe, where perception, memory, and imagination continuously interact.

Konstantina Tsirogianni founded Space·is·only Design studio in 2021. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from the University of Central Lancashire and a postgraduate Diploma in Interior Design from the Glasgow School of Art. Having professional experience in renowned architectural offices both in the UK and in Greece, she gained invaluable knowledge in leading high end residential, retail and hospitality projects.
